Basement conditioning
Basements are not in every house and are a status symbol. In a few houses, it is even used to store wines. But otherwise, it does not get many visitors over a period and gets stuffy and damp. You should ensure that this does not happen with your basement.
Best way to do that is to color it bright. Then keep a small heater inside to regulate the temperature. Do not let the environment get humid. Keep the cellar and floor clean. Wash it once in 6 months with acidified bleach. Do not put hard objects spank on the basement floor. It will leave harsh stains.
Use plastic sheets on the floor and then ball bearing carriers. Empty the basement regularly and let it grasp the external freshness. Put air fresheners inside and don’t let dirt settle in. Keep at least a portion of the basement usable so that you get regular updates of the basement condition.
