Are you planning to refurbish your darling’s tiny den? Well, then a princess theme for the bedroom would be very endearing for the little one.

Get a small canopy bed and soft satin fabric for the bedding lined with lace. You will find bed sheets and pillow covers with prints of Cinderella, Snow White and other Disney characters. It is good to have hardwood flooring. Place a mini oriental area rug just below the bed. Pink is well suited for the theme but you can also opt for mint green, yellow and pale lavender paints. Wall murals or stickers with fairy tale theme would be a nice complement for princess room décor. Tufts of white clouds on the top of walls and ceiling look fantastic.

Hang a small flowing crystal chandelier from the ceiling and use butterfly lampshades and lilac or pink night lights. Get a big mirror accompanied by a large dressing table and spacious closet. You can add a silver finish to the furniture to create a dazzling look.

It is never a problem if you are going to reduce the space in your bathrooms. You can even make them look unique and stylish in your own customized manners.

Use vertical lines in the bathroom which will add height to the bathroom. Use tiles to the ceiling so that the small bathroom will look even larger. Small wallpapers or vertical paintings also will give the same effect in a small bathroom.

Use a mirror in the bathroom to add to the width and depth of the room. Never use more than one mirror as it will bring negative results. Using clear shower screens will give an illusion that, your bathroom is spacious as compared to the opaque ones. Using natural light in adequate quantities will make the room lighted and spacious. Avoid dark corners and use illuminators to the perimeter of the room. Keep some shelves near the ceiling and place the lights below them.
